Affirmation

You are an important person. 

Over 7 billion people on the planet and just one you. 

If you weren’t around, the world would be poorer for it. 

You are loved  

You are worthy of that love.

You are enough.

You don’t have to change for anyone. 

You are worthy of respect. 

You are beautiful. 

Your time and energy is too valuable to waste on self doubt. 

It’s ok to not be ok. It’s ok to take care of yourself. It’s ok to get help taking care of yourself. 

It’s ok to ask for help. It’s ok to accept help. 

Take care of yourself and, if you have enough left over, take care of others. 

Now, exhale that breath you’ve been holding. Let your shoulders relax. Relax your jaw and your forehead. 

Embrace this moment. 

Live in this moment a little longer.

And get excited for the next one.
