Offside Raglan Sew Along - Part 2 (sleeveless mod)

If you are interested in how to make the offside raglan (or any raglan, really) into a sleeveless tank, here is a video showing you how! If you need help with the curve of the arm opening, feel free to use any set in sleeve bodice as a template; you can layer it over the sleeve, align the armpit points and the neckline, and just copy the curve! This mod is rated intermediate since it includes a little more guesswork and intuition in attaching the sleeve to the attachment. Confident beginners should be able to pull this off, as well. No need to be a perfectionist with this techique (knit is very forgiving), but remember: if the sleeve puckers along the seam, you have pulled too hard. Seam rippers are your friends.

If you haven't purcahsed the offisde raglan yet, it's still on sale for $5  through the end of the month http://www.duckbuttdesigns.com/product/offside-raglan for the women's version and http://www.duckbuttdesigns.com/product/offside-mini for the kids'.  You save $4.50 on each!

All sewists who submit a final picture using this mod will be entered to win a prize!  Albums will be posted to Facebook closer to the end of the sew along.

For banding, use 80% of the arm opening (plus seam allowance) by 1.5" wide. More information on banding techniques are available in the pattern (check out the appendix), and more information will follow in this series, including a video showing the technique.
